Cold staff
Doctor Brooker is always pleasant. The nurses however treated my 18 year old daughter very coldly. She went to the doctor on her own for the very first time and called me in tears. I was not going to leave a bad review on line but when I called the practice manger she was not very pleasant. If her job is to deescalate upset clients she may want to learn how to do that. All she kept saying was that she gets praises about how well her nurses treat patients but what she was not hearing was that they did not show that compassion to my daughter today. When we go to the doctor we are often scared and not feeling well. The kind voice and helping hand of a nurse can make a world of difference.
