I could not be any happier with the care and advice I get from Rachel Lundeen. She genuinely cares, she listens and is very open to questions and discussion. She is, hands down, one of the best care providers I've ever seen!

While CNP Scharfenberg has some good information to pass on, do not expect a dialogue during your consultation. Ms. Scharfenberg has a set of answers and a process that appears inflexible and unaffected by patient concerns. There are usually multiple paths and approaches to healing. But the healthcare provider has to have the wisdom, confidence, and experience to understand this. Hopefully, Ms. Scharfenberg develops these, and better listening skills, over time.
