We experienced eye to eye contact, Rachel was very thorough in the physical examination, asked more than once if we had any other questions and included me in her vocabulary while discussing the medical issue at hand. I'm so very, very glad we went and also, she is very understanding of the patients' human condition and makes no negative judgement's! I would highly recommend her!
