I love Rachel! Every time I see her she has been nothing but professional, informative and very personal. During my visits, I never feel rushed and she always answers my questions. I highly recommend her.

Nurse Ratched, Rachel O'Brien, should be working in a factory, or a McDonalds. As nasty and unprofessional as they come. I sincerely feel sorry for any patient who has to deal with this "nurse."
I do hope that Riverhills gets rid of this woman. Surely they can do better than this. Horrible bedside manner and terrible clinical skills. Does not know what she is doing. I have dealt with many R.N.'s in my life, but she is the absolute worst. PLEASE, dear God, stay away from this woman.
