Absolutely the worst doctor I've never seen. I had an appointment with Rachel at USC, and arrived 10 mins late due to traffic in downtown LA. I even called ahead to let the office know. Once I arrived, I was turned away and told Rachel would not see me for coming in late despite the fact that USC as a medical center has a 15 min grace period policy for patients. I drove 45 mins to this provider and her and her team were rude, callous and lacked any aptitude for patient care. I have moved my provider to Cedars, which is superior. If you care about bedside manners, avoid this excuse of a doctor.

Rachel Park automatically became my provider after my regular OB left the practice. Two times I have had care incorrectly diagnosed to insurance, even though the 3 other times throughout the year were correct. It is impossible to get in contact with her, in person or through the messaging portal. I have sent over 5 follow up requests for help and never received a response.
