I used to live in Panama City and Rachel Spikes was my nurse practitioner. She is amazing. Professional, extremely knowledgeable, takes her time and really listens. I would recommend her practice to anyone.

TERRIBLE Like paying for service(s) and doing all the work yourself (e.g., referrals, scripts, appointments etc.), and then have provider drop your insurance without notice? This place is for you. No? Look anywhere else. On my first visit, I asked how hurricane recovery was going for the business. “Not bad, my other businesses are worse - I don’t really need to do this, it’s only a hobby for me”. That should have been my first sign! Kept all TRICARE patients throughout hurricane recovery. Once business was back on feet (Nov 1, 2020), dropped all TRICARE insured patients... WITHOUT WARNING! “TRICARE, was supposed to send you a letter, we notified them in May”. May? You knew in May and couldn’t notify my family and I that we no longer had a medical provider, I’ve been in numerous times since May? Wow! Use at your own risk.

Really, really like this woman. She places value on our personal observations and responds with empathy, interest and curiosity in a friendly yet professional manner. Would like a bit more time in the appointment slots, however. When she first started her practice, that did happen.
