My wife and I both use Rachel as our PCP, she is friendly, courteous, kind and helpful. She doesn't just prescribe medication. She will sit with you and get down to the root of things. She will sit and cry with you and listen. She has been the best thing to happen to my wife and I am glad I decided to have her as my PCP. I wouldn't go to anyone else. She truly cares

I love, love, love her. My husband was initially resistant to having a PA as his PCP after having bad experiences in the past. I encouraged him to give her a try and he completely changed his mind after one appointment with her. She is caring, actually listens, and treats you like an intelligent human being. Now we both have her as our primary and neither of us will go to anyone else. Highly recommend her!

She listens, is knowledgeable, and shares her knowledge with you. She makes sure you're happy (or as happy as you could be given the situation). She stopped me from taking medication interactions that other PA's/MD's didn't catch. A++ in my book.
