Rachel is a true professional. She is extremely attentive and patient listening to one’s concerns. Rachel is thorough in gaining the information she needs to help the patient’s situation. She also carries through on suggestions she makes to improve the patient’s health. I highly recommend Rachel Tobin. She is a highly intelligent NP with an exceptional ability to communicate as she handles the medical issue.
