I had a brief consult call with Rachele. I found her attitude too casual, borderline unprofessional. Despite this, she wrote a detailed medical follow up on my records with information based on mostly her assumptions, which I found to be quite belittling. She also only offered very generic and basic information about nutrition that any layperson knows. If you have a complicated metabolic disorder, this is not the person for you. Sidenote: Cedars billed me without any advance notice $250 for this "visit".

Rachele Dependahl is so good on explaining what to expect when you are in a healthy diet plan. She take some her time yo listen and help you to design the plan. She doesn’t judge you; instead she is a kind of a sisterly advisor and encourages you to stick with the good plan. I have known her for few years now and she helped me a lot.
