Ramona Williams, NPC

First of all, Ms. Williams is now with Coastal Family Health in Vancleave, MS. A wonderful move for her. I have been a patient of hers for several years and my late husband was as well. She always takes time to listen and ask questions about your issue. She's extremely competent and has as much knowledge as any MD I've ever been to. She can be tough...for my own good, which is why I love her so much. She keeps me on track with my health issues. I highly recommend Ms. Williams for your health car needs.She's earned 20 stars in my book.

Office staff said not one word as we signed in while his personal cell phone went off repeatedly. Waited an hour and a half to be seen (with an appointment). My fiance was the patient- in for results of a previous test. Ramona Williams was EXTREMELY rude and incompetent. She had no idea why we were there, googled everything, was extremely scattered, and spoke condescendingly to him. When he asked a genuine question about what he should expect, her response was "Let ME practice medicine, okay?"

My family and I have been going to Dr Martin's office for care for years! His nurse practitioner, "Ms Lanae" is top notch! She is intelligent and kind and takes time with us to decide on the best treatment!

I wish I could give a negative rating.Apt was for my 15 yr old autistic daughter The staff was tolerable at best and the woman was horribly rude and condescending. Kept interrupting and wouldn't answer any of my questions. Every time I tried to say something she kept cutting me off. She is useless as a Dr and I will NEVER be going back. Unless you want to be talked down to, treated like you are stupid, ignored and made to feel like they all think they are better than you DO NOT go to this Dr!!!!

Most degrading experience of my life. Contempt and disdain was very apparent about the entire office. I was chastised degraded and made to feel like a problem I never been treated so horribly anywhere my vet t treats my dog better.
