Office is very disorganizde. Scheduled the apt online and received no confirmation. Showed up to the apt and they were running two hours late, so they told me to come back later. Came back at that time, and they still had me waiting. They also mixed up other people's appointments, and in the middle of my apt made me wait so he could see other patients.
