I hurt my back doing some shoveling. After not being able to sleep for about a week I was recommended to go to this immediate care. Randy Vawdrey NP entered the room and without asking any specific questions about my pain or even where I was on the pain scale he immediately requested I do a lunge exercise to stretch my extension hip flexor. this increased my pain and I expressed this to him. He then became judgmental and condescending. Saying "bud I am not going to give you anything for the pain, if I urine tested you now would you have narcotics in your system? He then told me that he had a patient incubated from his perception and at that moment he became resolute that he would not prescribe pain medication. He then asked if I smoked pot and suggested that I try it, or if not pot then try cbd. From there he became more and more uncompassionate and rude. He turned and as he walked out said I should go to the ER. This was the worst experience I have had with a medical professional. Not only did he increase my pain but on top of that he insinuated that I was a drug addict by asking what a urine sample would produce. This man had no compassion and I left in worse pain than when I arrived. Stay away from this place if you are looking for a medical profession true to there hippocratic oath.
