Unprofessional office space (you wait on a shabby front porch on a residential street)and unprofessional billing practices. She dismissed my child from her practice when I challenged her accounting practices, even though my child wanted to continue the therapy and was making progress. And we paid every co-pay upfront. We were reliable, weekly, paying clients. Buyer beware!
