I have worked with Raquel for about 12 months. I reached out to her when past repressed trauma began to surface and pushed me deeply into PTSD and DDNOS. I have found her compassionate, willing to listen. She has shown me with her actions and words that she is a trustworthy professional and caring guide toward healing deep childhood trauma. She has taught me a great deal about how to begin to support myself and has been instrumental in my learning how to cope with my emotions and how to create and integrate healthy new behaviors.
