Great first impression, terrible care
I saw her for several months and initially really liked her. I was on several medications with her, which had horrible side effects. Upon having horrible side effects to one medication she told me I needed to go inpatient. I did NOT need that level of care. I left a vague message about my side effects and got a e message saying I need to be admitted. She did not ask follow up questions or any questions to grasp the severity of my situation, she only wanted to wash her hands of me. Let me be clear, according to myself, my partner, and several therapists I was not a danger to myself or others. I called multiple times to try and discuss and understand. She would not take my calls or schedule a follow up. Ultimately I ended up joining a PHP program independently, to ensure I could stay on my regular meds. She refused to see me anymore if I didn't admit myself. PHP immediately realized I didn't need even that high of level of care and was downgraded to IOP. This was extremely traumatic

We have had a wonderful experience with Rashadah and would recommend her highly! My kids feel she gets them and mom feels heard.
