Lacks interpersonal skills and unable to access technology effectively

Ive spent my whole life going in and out of therapy sessions since I was about 6 years old. I have switched to over 25 therapists in my lifetime because they just didnt understand what I was feeling but meeting Raul, he got it and I have honestly been living my life a lot better thanks to everything I have learned from him and the motivation he has given me. I am not perfect and neither is my mental illness and it will never go away but Ive learned to live with it.

It is always disheartening to learn when a client may leave any agency unhappy with services renderrdFor Alternative Therapy it is always our goal to strive for the upmost client satisfaction. As an agency we pride ourselves in providing client centered treatment for all. We are not able to confirm that the individual making this complaint was a client of this agency. However the complaint described here sounds like it deals with a court ordered reunification case, thus making it neccessary to follow very specific protocols to insure best practices. Therefore, in cases such as this we place considerable care to comply with court ordered expectations placed on a client who comes to us to fullfill this mandate, within a respectfull and professional environment, that also takes the clients viewpoints into account. We do our best to educate clients on the psycheducational process from but sometimeswhen there is court involvement , it may be difficult for clients to accept what this means

I had a terrible experience with Raul. To be perfectly honest, I am not sure how this man still has a license. I sat with him every Saturday for 2 months due to court orders to reunite me with my child. All the while telling me she was coming and getting comfortable with the therapists. I couldn't be more excited the day finally came to meet my child. The mother of my child was told to show up that date And was blind sided when they told her I was in the room (After). She thought they were just doing an assessment getting to know my child. My child was taken into a room where three strangers sat and the 4th being told was daddy. I knew something was not right. Raul reassured me this was okay. This was not okay. They are complete liars and thieves. Scum if you ask me to put a 3yr old through that. Oh all the while telling me that my insurance covered 100% and no co-pay to than turn around and hit me with a$1,200 bill a month later after I told them I no longer needed their service.
