Dr. Salvatore is exceptional. He was able to isolate and identify my injury, and prescribed a therapy regimen to get me back on my feet, physically active at a high level, and pain free.

Excellent Doctor who is credible and trustworthy. He referred me to a phenomenal Neurosurgeon Dr Devin Binder who performed my neck surgery. Amazing results. Thank you both for your wonderful teamwork.
