Rebecca is truly a dedicated professional. She is true to her word . She calls to give me updates each and every time she says she will. She explains everything to me so that I can understand . I can truly feel her concern for my sister , as I am in FL and cannot get to CT , she make feel assured that my sister is being taken care of .
