As a new resident to Colorado, I was looking for a practice that offered responsiveness and, to be quite honest, hope. Chronic pain is difficult in the best of circumstances and having a provider that listens to me and presents a variety of options based on what they hear and see is critical for me. PA Gertz was excellent in this regard. She took me through a physical exam after we discussed the areas of most persistent pain. Then we went over the scans. It all built clearly and naturally, culminating in a plan of action that felt appropriate and sets me up for a stronger recovery. It was a great experience.

Rebecca was very proactive when explaining a possible back surgery to me. Her cheerful demeanor made me feel at ease and able to ask questions. Her explanation took the “scare” out of surgery! She’s great and I do believe she cares about you as a patient.
