Rebecca Kasperbauer, PA-C

I've had nothing but a good experience with Dr. Kasperbauer and her staff. I moved from out of state last year and was so worried about finding a primary physician that would work with me with my variety of issues under Medicaid. Her and her staff have been very helpful with getting me going with my new life here in Colorado and I couldn't be happier.

Nice person, but I had a pretty awful experience with Rebecca. She seems to have trouble listening and empathizing. Surprisingly she also seems to lack up to date knowledge in important areas. When I tried to walk her through my medical History she became impatient and then angry. She mistook my own confusion and desire to find answers as if I was questioning her medical authority. The meeting was unsatisfactory and bizarre. She seems a little tightly wound, unhinged to be in this line of work.

I recently visited Rebecca Kasperbauer seeking treatment for several chronic issues. The experience was overwhelmingly disappointing.. She showed little curiosity about my symptoms and had no patience to hear details. She was dismissive and condescending. When I explained my frustration, she slammed her computer and stormed out, saying that I should not question her medical degree. (She's a PA) A patient needs an ally and partner. Kasperbauer is an example of what's wrong with medicine.

Rebecca seems to be a nice person but worst PA I've ever dealt with. Unresponsive, aloof, disinterested. Getting Rx refills is the worst. I have to call several times and have actually run out of medication before due to the delays. There is no doctor/patient relationship.

I was extremely impressed with my visit with Rebecca. She spent far more time with me than I expected discussing and addressing my concerns, explaining possible reasons for my symptoms while including me in my treatment plan. I felt very empowered that she involved me in the decision making process rather than just telling me what needed to be done. She was very empathetic and calmed my fears. I highly recommend her!

I was pretty unhappy with my recent experience with Rebecca. I felt like her overall bedside manner was very poor. The communication I received from her was very little and confusing. I had nurses calling me and telling me one thing while Rebecca told me something different. I didn't feel like she was familiar with my file when I went into see her. I didn't feel like she was super knowledgeable about my condition either. It just felt like basic disorganization and no empathy for my situation.
