Dr. Katz told me in the 4th session that therapy for binge eating disorder with her does not lead to weight loss. She did not tell me that when we first started. She charged me for a full session even though we finished very early. She said that unless I am willing to bring unnutritious foods into my house and eat them as part of therapy, she won't be able to work with me. I was gaining weight while seeing her. My psychiatrist thinks she is from a different planet than he is. When I asked Dr. Katz a few questions she went off on tangents and did not answer my questions. She seemed highly evasive. I wasted $1000 on her for nothing and didn't get anywhere with her.
