She was very professional and Courteous so much so I was just looking to see where see went so I could go see her

Horrible bedside manner
Rebecca Kearney, the physician’s assistant to Dr. Andrew Strang with Urology Centers of Alabama, needs to be replaced with someone more knowledgeable in her field. I had to explain my kidney disease to her because she was 'unfamiliar” with what it was. I knew from that moment that I had chosen the wrong practice, but didn’t let that show. In hindsight I think her lack of knowledge embarrassed her because she went from smiling and being friendly to being extremely rude, short, and then rushed through my appointment. I was appalled at her bedside manner but continued to be patient and kind towards her hoping that would alleviate her embarrassment and change the atmosphere in the room. My friendliness did not improve the situation so I decided it would be best to stop speaking and let her rush through my appointment so I could leave. I had been warned about her from the person who recommended that I see Dr. Strang and now wish that I had listened.
