Terrible care
This provider was incapable of having prior auth forms filled out within a reasonable amount of time, and then decided to drop me as a patient with no notice because she didn't like being asked to do her job, calling it 'disrespectful'. Had I not held her hand, I would not have gotten medication which has had positive health outcomes. Will be reporting her to department of health for patient abandonment
