Dr. Simms is great, courteous. I’m also a patient of Dr. Richard Hairston and Dr. Weinstock. I do have a complaint against the woman of Latina dissent at your front desk in the Howard office. I have been a patient for over 10 years and have never been so rudely treated by an employee of the Eye Institute. The Largo staff are great, the St. Pete staff as well. But this woman at the Tampa office on 4/19/21 & 4/26/21 was irritable, restless, and discontent IMO. I personally hope I don’t have to deal with her in the future. I have always been treated well by most of your staff with her being the exception!!

My visit was great but had to wait too long. They were very short staff, they need help so we don'tpugs@tampa have to wait so long. Other than that the doctor was great, highly recommend her. That is why I gave 4 stars. Doctor gets 5 stars.
