I was a patient of Rebecca's for years. When she switched to CenClear, I followed. CenClear couldn't follow repeated instructions regarding mail and discharged me from the program. I managed to get another appointment instead of discharge. I overslept because it was the day after my mom had a long operation and hour and a half from my home. I called in 20 minutes after I realized it. I was discharged, the nurse told me recommended by Rebecca, and that was that. It was the only appointment I'd ever missed. Thankfully, I already had a referral into another provider because I knew I couldn't trust CenClear, and now I realize that I couldn't trust Rebecca, either.
