I was seen by her and 4 other people for about 3 minutes. I had researched my condition prior to my appointment, so I was full of knowledge and products I had begun using. We never spoke of my issue, she just said you have __ , and said she was e-scripting a prescription to my pharmacy and that was that. Now I'm full body infested with my issue! ** I say don't blow people off that know what they are talking about.

Bad business with PA Smyth. I made an appointment after confirming not once but TWICE that they performed the service I needed. Turns out she does not provide that and after a 10 minute chat about how she does not do that she sent me a bill for about $100. I went back and forth with the office manager standing as the middle man between the PA and I. She relentlessly insisted I pay even after hearing the call where I was very clearly booked under false pretenses. There are many dermatologists in the area, just schedule someone that is more ethical and transparent.

I've been to see Rebekah Smyth twice and each time she was amazing. Very patient, thorough, and engaged with me and I definitely did not seem rushed. In fact, I was nervous about going and she could not have had a more calming nature or been more understanding of my anxiety. Fantastic experience.

Very robotic, doesn't seem caring or interested in helping, just getting you through the door. Did not tell me what to expect after my last follow-up, and provided me no information on how to take care of my scar or what I could have done to help it.
