Reeli Reinu was wonderful. Asked questions. Listened to what I had to say. Told me things that I didn't know about skin issues. Glad that she is here in the Upstate.

I strongly urge you to steer clear of this facility, specifically if your appointment is with Reeli Reanu. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Reanu's unprofessionalism and lack of bedside manner were glaringly apparent from the start. She seemed in a hurry to get rid of me, barely listening to my concerns and offering one treatment option that required additional approvals. Unfortunately, she couldn't even get the paperwork right and ended up falsifying information about the exams she supposedly conducted.My condition is not life threatening, but if I were dealing with something more severe, I wouldn't trust her with it. Her incompetence is not just a personal inconvenience; it has serious implications for patient care. The entire office seems to be suffering because of her deficiencies. Although the office manager was somewhat decent, addressing my concerns only led to Reeli banning me from the practice. This happened despite my need for in-office treatments after multip

Very personable and not rushed. Right on time and being this was my first visit to this office, I felt like 'family.'

She spent time explaining everything and even went over all the stuff my daughter was using to clean her face and why she should keep a couple of them but toss the rest. Made us feel very comfortable and at ease that she knew what she was doing. Two thumbs up

I had one of those situations where you know it's normal human body stuff, but it's still a bit gross and definitely unsightly. The staff were direct, polite, and never made me feel uncomfortable. They considered my needs and didn't attempt any tacky upsells - just good advice. I appreciated the professionalism of the entire staff and found pricing very reasonable.

I had to book an appointment for my father who resides in a memory care facility, is wheelchair bound and has special needs. When I explained to the staff about his skin problem and how painful it was, he was given an appointment to be seen quickly. Check in was a breeze and he was seen and treated VERY promptly. Dr. Reinu was extremely competent and gentle with my father. The care was personal and kind. She then gave thorough instructions for follow up care. The whole experience from the office staff to the medical assistant (Jessica) to Dr. Reinu was what a patient always hopes for! I highly recommend these wonderful people!

Reeli walked in and introduced herself by her first name and shook my hand with a warm smile. She listened to my issue carefully and gave me some very thoughtful advice along with a couple of prescriptions for my health problem. I was impressed by her knowledge and her insight, and I appreciated her unhurried approach to me. Her assistant, Natalie, was also personable and helpful. I left Advanced Dermatology believing that I was on my way to being healed. I strongly recommend this practice and Reeli Reinu in particular.
