Efficient and detailed throughout the visit
I went for a physical and saw Rena Jaffe the NP as all the doctors were booked months out. I’m very happy I went to see her. She was kind, efficient and asked me a lot of questions to get a history of my medical past. I would recommend her to anyone who would like to stay with the Valley Medical group but got discouraged due to not being able to see a doctor for months. She will be my DR going forward.

It was an absolute disaster. Rude, non helpful staff. Jaffe sent a script for a test but never followed up the the hospital to obtain the results. All the staff did was blame the hospital without following up. Stay away

Rena is very warm and personable in addition to being very skilled. Perhaps more than any other health professional I have used, Rena clearly cares about you personally and professionally. She is an excellent listener and will admit if something needs more study.
