I lost my son in February, 2019 and as one can image, I was devastated! I didn't even remember how to breathe or how I would manage to survive. I was blessed (and still am) to have met Renai through my PCP and she literally saved my life! Renai allows you to share your deepest thoughts in a safe space. She is attentive, caring and will teach you healthy coping mechanisms to deal with grief, anxiety and/or depression. She is honest and forthcoming. If you are ready to put in the work, she is the perfect "coach" to guide you. I can't say enough about her, if I'm honest. It is "okay to not be okay!" If you are looking for a therapist, I would HIGHLY recommend Renai!

I would definitely recommend Renai Kraytem and have, in fact, to family and friends. She’s extremely professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. I feel she goes above and beyond to understand her patient’s situation.

Over many years, since childhood I have been seeing therapists off and on. All different types of professionals, some more memorable than others but Renai has been the best! This is the best experience with therapy and counseling that I have ever had. I can’t remember any previous time where I had made a connection with someone to fully let my guard down and have an open, judgement free dialog. She has opened my eyes and given me the tools on how to approach and handle many situations, including my feelings, and emotions. Due to a very traumatic past, I have found myself in search of, not only a listening ear- but a friend..I was on a perpetual quest for some form of emotional relief, for what has seemed like forever. Still, I like to think of myself as a strong, powerful & resilient young woman; so when even *I* found myself struggling to unearth or pinpoint a suitable mental health provider-it had a very problematic & compounding outcome on my ALREADY incredibly taxed psychological state. Reflecting back, I left many of these encounters feeling empty, lost, & downright confused -until, through a trusted friend's recommendation, I found myself in the presence of Renai. I sincerely & wholeheartedly believe my quality of life would be lacking - in monumental proportions - if it was not for her genuine, understanding, and joyous spirit. I used to reside in a mentality totally absent of all hope, profound suffering-but now, I dwell upon peace.. I owe this ALL to Renai & her unmatched patient philosophy.
