I really appreciated her very calm and kind demeanor. She was very insightful and made it easy for me to identify themes in my life that were negatively impacting my quality of life.

I was referred to Dr. Bellis by a few of my colleagues and I'm glad I listened. I have never been to therapy before but she somehow made me feel safe and excited for more. She was able to narrow down my concerns in a way that made sense to me and felt more manageable. It helps that she has experience working with children and adults which benefits my family. I would recommend Dr. Bellis to others in need of finding clarity in their life.
