Not helpful at all
It was a waste of time and money, I wish I scheduled with someone else. During a physical, I mentioned that my left ear was bugging me. She said 'ears drain naturally.' She did even bother to examine. Ended up at urgent care the next day, treated for an ear infection.

She is actually a very capable nurse practitioner, but beware. She works with Signature Health Care. For some reason they bill her out as a specialist so instead of paying a $25 copay with our health insurance, they charge a $50 copay. It doesn't seem right that to see the doctor, it costs $25 but to see the nurse practitioner, it costs $50. Don't let them blame Tufts, either. It's the way she is coded in Signature's system.

Renee is very compassionate and caring. When I discussed an issue that was concerning me, she went out of her way to comfort me and set me up with follow up appointments needed.
