Renee Brown, NPC

The whole office was very warm and welcoming at my appointment time. Renee Brown is the only person I ask to see when scheduling an appointment. She is a genuine individual and she listens to the information I share with her. She never seems rushed and makes me feel like I matter.

Office staff is cold and doesn't return calls or messages in the portal. They send orders to the wrong facilities and you have to chase them to get anything done. I cancelled my procedures with this practice due to the lack, or non existent communication.

Paid attention to my description of problem, gave me plan to diagnose.

I came to Renee in hopes of finding some relief to a gastro issue. In my initial meeting I thought I had found someone worth recommending to my family and friends. I was so wrong. I have had the same issues and same symptoms for months. By the request of the office I spent $2k on tests and labs only to receive no answers, taking 6 pills a day, no relief but worst of all- her negligence. The two occasions I was able to speak with her she didn't take notes-my mother did. Today I took off of work to go to the office to be able to speak with her (since I pre-called and was told I'd be able to speak with her about questions I have as well as get work related forms filled out), I was refused time to ask questions about how to finally get relief and a form from work with reasonable accommodations.The receptionist came out shortly to inform me-I never told Renee any of the SAME symptoms I've been having (I have it documented)and that it seems like I made it up. Her solution? More meds and not

My visit was very enjoyable, Renee was very professional and polite, she put me at ease with my upcoming procedure. She answered my questions, overall it was an enjoyable experience.

RN Brown made me feel very comfortable from the moment that she walked into the room. She listened to all of my concerns and was very thorough with her explanation back to me ... making sure that I understood everything.
