Renee Collins is not only friendly, upbeat and knowledgeable, but is extremely patient in answering any questions. Appointments are never rushed, and she is available to answer any questions that arise between appointments. She takes very seriously any problem and quickly provides a solution. She is excellent!

First time I have ever rated a Dr.
Dr. Collins was rude and unprofessional. She admitted she had an attitude towards me cause I had cancelled numerous times due to illness. I cancelled in plenty of time for them to fill the spot. I have been to Many audiologists who always began by looking in my ears. I told her I could not hear when she was giving me directions during testing. I would give her a negative review if that was an option.
