She single handily was the reason that I was terrified to go to therapy again for 3 years and I ended up way more messed up from the lack of help of those three years than if I would have just made a better decision than her. For example: She told me at 16 that I needed an imaginary friend, since I felt like my friends didn’t like me. From now having two different counselors since her I have found out many of the encounters with her were unprofessional and I lost many years of help due to her lack of professionalism.
