I had an appointment today for my ANNUAL wellness and follow up. They said I was inactive for “failure to follow up”. They sent me a letter that said they won’t refill a prescription if I didn’t make a 6 month appointment. I didn’t because I didn’t need my prescription refilled. I show up today with my appointment card in hand and they refused to see me. It seems like an unprofessional money grab.

Literally the worst bed side manner ever. Her receptionist is rude. But Renee is is the worst doctor I've ever had. She has horrible patient skills. She doesn't care for her patients as humans only as dollar signs. She is also extremely rude on the phone and disrespectful.

Very Rude and not worth being around or paying to focus on your health. She can't focus on how to help. Avoid.

Very rude office staff that gets away with it by ‘hanging out’ with their boss whom lives vicariously through their youth. Renee once took time out of her busy day (her words) to yell at me on the phone, telling me to go elsewhere, over a $25 payment she thought I owed, but I paid it & she later figured it out confirmed by the fact that she mailed me a refund for the double payment she forced me to make. Medical stuff can be stressful for some people, avoid this frightful & uncaring office if medical stuff already has you jittery!!!!

Renee is actually somebody that cares about what is going on in your life and I will continue to see her as long as she stays in practice. She is the best nurse practitioner I've ever seen 31 years . -Nicole
