Renee Williams, APRN

Having moved here from another state that had fantastic healthcare 3 years ago, my biggest concern was finding someone I trusted with my health. Renee Williams has exceeded all of my expectations and then some. She is kind, smart , professional and really cares about her patient. I was recently diagnosed with some pretty scary stuff, and I cannot tell you how fortunate I feel to have her as my health care provider. She listens, and she is on top of my health. She has referred me to some really great specialists and follows up with her patients. This woman is really on the ball. I feel so fortunate to have found her.

I was referred to Dr. Williams as a local doctor that was coming into the Lake county Fl area. The office called and gave me the appointment nothing was mentioned to me about the need to fill out paperwork prior to my visit. The office was a bit difficult to locate since the sign in front of the office says Heart and Cardiovascular and the doctor I was to see was not this specialty. I arrived 15 min prior to my appointment even though nothing was said to arrive early I was prepared to fill the paperwork out. The office staff was nowhere in sight for the first 8 min I knocked on the open glass window with no response so waited. The nurse/ office staff finally appeared but no one seemed concerned I was there, I walked back up to the window to check-in. they ask for my paperwork which I was never given she she said I had 5 min to complete my health history. I arrived at 4:30 pm now it was 5:30 pm and the nurse walked out to me and said they the nurse practitioner canceled my appt
