Explains well and very pleasant attitude

Was seen by this PA twice in the ER and both times, he explained conditions very well and in a pleasant manner. His attitude made all the difference, the ER is already a stressful area to begin with, but his pleasant attitude made me feel calm, cared for and not rushed. Highly recommend
