Office Unsafe!
Henderson office told me it's NOT a medical facility so no mask requirement. What? An ENT doctor shares the office, so it is a medical facility! Waiting patients laughed at me for wearing a mask. Terrible. Covid-19 is serious. I highly recommend you weigh the risks of going here vs the benefits. Audiologist Megyn understanding and wore a mask during my visit. Hearing aids great and have changed my life.

Having a hearing loss my entire life I really hated it. I could not tolerate hearing aids because they were all made out of plastic. Even the hyperallergenic plastic turned into welts in minutes. When I first visited Advanced Audiology’s I was pleasantly surprised. Dr Hepler had a brand called Lyric. These were not made of plastic. He fitted me in both ears and I could actually hear. It has been several years and I get a lot of junk mail from other audiologist I just toss it in the garbage.
