I started therapy back in Aug 2019. Grad school was getting tough. Covid-19 shut everything down and I thought I would take a break. I stopped therapy in June 2020. I'm back again. Feels like square one, but glad I called.

She’s been my therapist off and on for the past four years. When Covid hit, she transitioned to video conferencing. She’s been flexible and understanding.
