I was not pleased with Dr. Thurmond. We are in the midst of COVID-19 and our governor has made masks mandatory. I went to her for the first time for an eye exam and she did not wear a mask or even offer to wear one. She put me at risk with her careless and uncaring behavior. To be clear, I did wear a mask the entire time.

I?m very disappointed and unsatisfied with Dr. Thurmond's treatment to us, why? Here?s couple of reasons, she's very unprofessional in terms of treating her patience needs. We felt like we are not valued patient. She?s not a good listener, she's not paying attention to detail while I'm trying to explained what's really causing discomfort in my eyes. What worse is she didn?t even bother to ask me any question! And due to that, she gave me a wrong prescription which I don't need! Terrible!
