Dr. Richard Alexander, OD

Initially felt that he was very concerned until he took a private call during my visit. The woman on the other end of the line was complaining about something related to their relationship. This felt so unprofessional that I lost confidence in the service. Never again.

Dr. Alexander was both rude and out of line when he offered to take my daughter for a ride out in his boat. My daughter is only 19 years old! This guy out of line!

LENS N SPECS - When Dr. Richard Alexander said "..she could not get on his boat because of her visual defects" my friend's son and I walked out. Unprofessional to say the least.

After visiting this doctor's office for an exam the doctor uninvited and unannounced showed up at my private home with his motorcycle and told me to get on the back for a ride. This was very unprofessional, frightening and unacceptable!

Dr. Alexander totally blew me out of the water. He beyond exceeded my expectations.

This man is not a nice person, nor is he anyone I will EVER go back and see. After insisting my son needed glasses and basically insinuating he can't see anything, I felt pressured to place a charge on my credit card for his glasses right away. He only has METAL frames and a 2 year old would never wear them. He fraudulently charged my insurance company for CONTACT LENSES for my sons glasses. I called back several times to remedy this and have been hung up on. He will NEVER get a referral from us

One of the best doctors I ever had! Dr.Alexander was professional, educated and very thorough with his examination. He educated me throughout the entire process, and we found out that my current eyeglasses were way off my prescription and did not even have the prism that I needed, no wonder I was seeing double! He also has up to date equipment that not only checks vision but also screens for diseases like hypertension and diabetes. And the best part is that he gets the lenses ready the next day!
