Dr. Baldo really helped me out of a dark place
Dr. Baldo is an extremely competent and skilled therapist. I was a tough case. I am a doctor, was embarrassed to get help but really struggling. Dr. Baldo was empathetic and tactful in helping me feel hope that I could heal. Helped me move past shame and start living my deepest held values more fully, rather than withdrawing from them. I was feeling shame about needing help but I felt all alone and was struggling. My mentor, Dr. Graybar, was kind enough to refer me to Dr. Baldo. I can't thank him enough for helping me set my ship right and start sailing forward in a better direction.
