He listens
Richard has been a godsend to us when Dr Bui’s schedule was too full to get me in. Richard listens to me and suggests what is best for my situation. He’s cautious and I appreciate that about him. Now the nurses… I’m glad that there are nurses and staff that are more friendly and Willy to be helpful and kind. A few years ago, that was not the case.

I've been treated by Rick for 2 or 3 years now. He practices as Dr Elias Kanaan's nurse practioner in Livingston, Texas. I am extremely pleased with my experience with Rick.
