I was a patient of Dr Cowles many years ago. He was an extremely competent and caring neuropsychologist. He diagnosed subtle details of my neuropsychological deficits that helped my other clinicians provide better care, and helped me feel more confident that I could recover from functional neuropsychiatric loss. I did, and I am grateful for the kindness and support Dr Cowles showed me many years ago.

Doctor was nice. My son liked him; except for the fact, that he wasted over three hours of my son's time from school, plus copied personal information from previous records only to deny him an evaluation. He wanted to administer an outdated eval., which my son's school district would not accept and my son has had extensive testing that he stated he was not use to. Having psych knowledge is apparently intimidating. Still disappointed.
