Takes time to explain things
Dr Dowell is one of the very few healthcare providers who showed compassion and concern for my condition. He explained issues in detail and showed great knowledge about his field. I would recommend him highly to anyone in need. I am in also in healthcare and consider Dr Dowell an asset to his profession.
