Prescription strength was the same as three years ago but claimed I needed different lenses without any explanation. I shared I had a new diagnosis and needed treatment for red eyes and he suggested I used tears from a retail store. Did not listen to my concerns or want to help in any way. Suggested he had a new treatment coming but didn’t have a timeline. No explanations or care shown about any concerns.
