Since consistently seeing Dr. Fost in December of 2018, i have had an undeniable amount of personal growth. He keeps me accountable, and allows me to see deeper inside of myself. When I first started going I had no motivation to build a successful future for myself. Since then I have attained my Real Estate License, with goals of moving forward in my life in all aspects. While therapy is not a magical cure, it certainly is a very useful and important tool heal and grow. I highly recommend going to Dr. Fost if you are open and willing to make positive changes in your life.

Doctor Fost has been a phenomenal asset to me over the past few months. He has helped me discern a number of difficulties through his insightful dialogue, and experiential stories. He's willing to just listen, and he's willing to just talk to you if you need it. He will always have some way of putting your difficulties in to perspective. He strives to help you learn to understand yourself, without telling you what to think about yourself. I would recommend Dr. Fost highly.

I have been seeing Dr. Fost for a little over a year. He has helped me greatly. I have seen other providers in the past but never felt like I was getting anywhere. With Dr. Fost, I see significant changes in myself, my life, and my overall wellbeing. Dr. Fost does not fix your problems for you; he challenges you to find your own answers and guides you along the way. You must put in effort yourself. I will continue to see Dr. Fost as long as he remains in practice. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Fost has helped me and my son get through an ugly divorce. I appreciate all he has done for us. My son and I have both come out the other side of this divorce being whole again and happy in our lives. Thank you

Dr. Fost is very personable, caring and insightful. He is my son's therapist and has built up quite a rapport with him. This is important when dealing with a teenager. My son has confidence in him and will discuss his feelings with Dr. Fost in a way that he will not with his father or me. That is what you want when you child sees a therapist. We are pleased with the progress our son is making since seeing Dr. Fost
