Don't waste your time
I never received any results for any bloodwork despite seeing him for years for type 1 diabetes. The one time he calls with results is on my birthday, to tell me I had cancer. Who does that?! You know that when they look up for your file for your phone number, your date of birth is right there. And who gives that type of diagnosis over the phone?!?

Our experience has not been good. on TWO separate occasions, my prescription for insulin (type one diabetic) was forgotten to be called in after a visit. These both resulted in emergency measures - one going to an urgent care clinic to get insulin and syringes to last through the weekend, and one talking to a doctor on call to re-prescribe the medicine so it could be filled. Both of these occurrences happened after a normal visit and vital need to refill my insulin prescription. Cannot recommend.
