Amazing PA
Ricky is an amazing PA. He is thoughtful and caring as he guides you through pre-and post- surgery medical care. I’m grateful he was on my my hip surgery team. My pain went from 0 to 100. After surgery, I left hours later with a new hip and no pain. It feels like a miracle!

Rick has been a great facilitator with my recovery from right knee replacement. He not only provided great instruction before the surgery, he assisted with the surgery, the post op instructions and follow up appts. He is extremely knowledgeable and quite willing to share that knowledge. Besides that, he is a carving individual and provides great comfort throughout the process.

Ricky is great! Very personable and explained my surgery ahead of time and what I could expect. He answered all my questions and did not rush me at all. He was exceptionally friendly and informative at the time of surgery as well and at my postop appointment. I’m very satisfied with his professionalism and care. So glad I chose OCC - my TKA has been an amazing experience and my recovery is is so much better than I could have dreamed. Thanks Ricky and Dr Loucks
