“It takes a village”. Whoever manages this facility should be recognized for understanding customer service!!! Every single person in the process was 5-star. The only time in my life that I’ve actually had an appointment with a Dr ON TIME! Happy team, great Dr. Very impressed with this facility!

I needed to see either Dr. Bonenberger or his PA, Richard Ordon, to look over my chart and do exam in order to schedule knee replacement surgery. He answered any questions I had and was approachable and knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed even though this was a quick visit. He agreed that surgery was warranted (confirming what a couple other doctors and PAs in the group had explained as best option for stabilizing my knee after ACL ruptured since ACL reconstruction would take much longer to recover from and I would still need knee replacement in the near future.)He explained the next steps in the process for getting scheduled for surgery and the current timetable for surgery scheduling.

Richard did a great job explaining my limitations over the next month after Full Right Hip Replacement on 16 Dec. Richard answered all my questions during the visit. I highly recommend Richard.

Richard is very down to earth, very easy to talk to, if he says “do you have any questions, he really means it come up with a question, because he’s got answers. When I first met him he gave me Cortizone shots, he’s very good with a needle, and his Cortizone shots lasted me 3 months were before, with another doctor, lasted me maybe three weeks

I arrived early and was immediately checked in. I was called back promptly and condition reviewed, xrays taken. He explained the xrays in detail and answered all my questions about medication and surgery.
